Incident Manager


With the Incident Manager, parents think out ahead time and discuss with children what are the serious rules and what punishment is appropriate. Creating written rules and consequences will have a positive effect on a child's behavior and respect for adults and authority. It is very important that parents follow through on discipline, stay consistent, and avoid over-punishing. By avoiding making decisions in anger, consequences will be much fairer.

The Incident Manager implements a serious rule and consequence system that is fully integrated with the other parts of EasyChild Deluxe. Parents may specify 6 different types of consequences that can span up to 4 weeks. One consequence might be dropping a child's privilege level for a week or more. This is the equivalent of grounding a child, but unlike grounding a child can still do extra chores and behaviors to earn back privileges.
