Classroom Setup:
When you get Easy-Classroom, you will put in your school information, class information, and student information. This is the first step in setting everything up.
Point Sheet:
The point sheet is used to setup and track behaviors. Each behavior has a point value. You can customize all of the behaviors as well as set the point value for each to reflect how important it is relative to other behaviors. There is also a section for Extra Behaviors. These are the behaviors that go beyond the everyday expectations. When you introduce the system in your class, you can show students how they can earn more by doing more. A blank point sheet can be printed out once a week so you can track behavior throughout the week and then enter it in all at once. Or you can enter it on a daily basis; it is completely based on preference.
Level Chart:
The level chart is used to setup the privileges a student can earn for different levels of good behavior. By tracking and tallying points over the course of a week, the student earns a privilege level. Based on the points earned the previous week, the student is awarded the privilege that corresponds with his/her level.
Email:
With our email system, you can email parents their child’s behavior report on a weekly basis. This way the parents are kept up to date and are more involved in their child’s school career. This also saves you time because you no longer have to take time to write notes home to parents. Parents can expect to receive a report every week. This is also a great way for you to communicate with counselors, special education teachers, and administrators.
History Reports and Graphs:
Our system also allows you to review behavior history using History Reports and Graphs. This enables you to visualize tends in behaviors. If there is an issue with a student, or a parent comes in for conferences, you have hard data showing every student’s behavior.
